  • Payment is 100% secure and must be made in advance, as we ship products directly from our factory.

  • Shipping is FREE on all orders.

2. Processing and Delivery Times

  • Once you have placed your order, we will send you the tracking number within 3 to 7 days.

  • The estimated delivery time for your order is 10 to 15 days from the moment the shipment is processed. In some cases these delivery times may be longer, reaching 20 or 30 days in exceptional cases.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or the courier company.

3. Exchanges and Returns

  • We do not accept returns. A refund will only be issued if a parcel has not arrived within 50 days of purchase due to customs issues or the parcel being lost

    NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED IF THE TRACKING SHOWS A FAILED DELIVERY BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER WAS NOT AT HOME AND DOES NOT WANT TO COLLECT THE PARCEL FROM THE COLLECTION POINT
