  • Payment is 100% secure and must be made in advance, as we ship products directly from our factory.

  • Shipping is FREE and we provide a tracking number within 3 to 7 days of placing your order.

  • Estimated delivery is 10 to 15 days from the date of dispatch. In some cases this may take up to 20-30 days.

2. Returns

  • We do not accept returns. A refund will only be issued if the customer does not receive their order within 50 days of purchase.

  • Exchanges will only be made if we have made a mistake with the product or size sent.

3. Exchanges

  • We do not allow size exchanges.

  • If we have sent the wrong product or size, we will cover the shipping costs for the exchange.

  • Any problem with your order must be reported within 15 days of receiving it.

4. Refunds

  • A refund will only be issued if the customer does not receive their order within 50 days of purchase due to a customs issue or the parcel being lost. 

  • NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED IF THE TRACKING SHOWS A FAILED DELIVERY BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER WAS NOT AT HOME AND DOES NOT WANT TO COLLECT THE PARCEL FROM THE COLLECTION POINT

  • If we have made a mistake, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as sending the correct product at no extra cost.
